General Terms & Conditions

1. Upon placing an order, we shall ship the product to you and be entitled to its payment either at the time of placing the order online or at the time of delivery as cash on delivery.
2. Payments can be made by Credit cards, debit cards, net banking, cash. Credit card and debit card and net banking payment options are recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.
3. Products will be dispatched within 24-36 hours of placement of order. 
4. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you only on business days. If you are unavailable when our courier partner arrives with your delivery, they will make two more delivery attempts. If you’re still unavailable after the third attempt, your order will be returned to us.
5. As soon as your package is set for delivery, we will drop an update through email or sms. 
6. You can modify/change your shipping address in Bahrain within 4 hours of placing the order. However, if the order is processed before you contact us, the shipping address will not be modified/changed. 
7. Prices, products and services may change, based on Sana & Kaya brand discretion. 

1. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a  photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can mail us at info@sanakaya.com and a fresh piece will be delivered. No refunds available in this case. Under special cases we can offer an equivalent gift voucher. 
2. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchange or returns on our skincare, hair care and personal care products. Bags and other utilities of such nature are eligible for exchange and returns. Not all products are eligible for returns. Please refer to the return & shipping info on the product page to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. If you still have questions regarding refunds and exchange, please contact us at info@sanakaya.com.
3. Sana & Kaya returns and exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange Eligible items purchased on the platform within 7 days (Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging.

1. Cancellation requests will only be accepted strictly within 12 hours of placing the order.
2. Under the case of order cancellation on a prepaid order, the same amount will be credited back to the payment mode that was used at the time of payment.

Sana & Kaya may at any time modify the Terms & Conditions of Use of the site without any prior notification to you. In the event the modified Terms & Condition is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of use of the site.

Sana & Kaya Naturals may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached any of the terms.
